With September coming to an end, are you already thinking about the holidays and year-end? It’s crunch time for many of us, both at work and in our personal lives, and that can certainly lead to feelings of overwhelm.
Have you seen or heard about the research that multi-tasking is dead? Seems our brains don’t really do multiple things at once; instead we rapidly switch between tasks. So for maximum productivity, we should focus on one thing only for a block of time.
