Letter from the President...
Greetings!
We have seen some stabilization in the local construction employment market as the good-weather building season winds down. But we expect companies to begin interviewing and hiring for the large number of new projects in 2023.
That makes an excellent opportunity for managers and business owners to check in with their current employees. Conducting “Stay Interviews” with existing employees is a great way to see if an employee’s job expectations are being met. Don’t wait for someone to quit to conduct an “exit interview”. Talk with employees and address concerns so they stay and don’t quit.

All the best,
Lynn
